decided to stop dieting and weighing myself over a year ago. It's one of
the best decisions I have made in my life. I have wasted over ten years
of my life being obsessed with what was going in my mouth, how much I
weighed or didn't weigh and feeling inadequate if it wasn't perfect (it
never was). Not only did my mental health suffer, but so did my dreams.
What could I have done if I put that energy into cultivating my dreams instead of
some bullshit idea that thin meant worthy? I don't know, but I can't
waste anymore time not knowing. So I quit that shit and I'm very excited
